Turks and Caicos Jet Charter arranges flights for casino weekends and race days, both into the islands and out from them. Grace Bay on Providenciales has casino gaming of its own, and we also arrange trips from the islands to Las Vegas, Atlantic City and the Bahamas.
A long weekend in Grace Bay
For a group flying in for the tables, Providenciales is the airport. Private aviation terminals there clear the group through customs away from the main airline hall, and we can arrange a car to meet the aircraft and take everyone to Grace Bay.
From the islands to Las Vegas or Atlantic City
If you are staying on Providenciales and want a few nights somewhere else, we can arrange the trip out and back. Each leg between the islands and another country is an international flight, so you clear customs at every arrival. Las Vegas is much farther away than the East Coast, so your advisor will talk you through the aircraft and whether the trip needs a fuel stop.
Regattas and race days
The islands have two sailing races worth planning a trip around. The Big South Regatta takes place on South Caicos in late May, and the Valentine’s Day Cup model sloop race is held on Middle Caicos in February. Both are community festivals. South Caicos has been a port of entry since 2025, though whether your aircraft can land there is the operator’s call for that aircraft, that weight and that day. Middle Caicos is reached through North Caicos and the causeway, and your advisor will talk you through the best way in. We also arrange flights from the islands to the major horse race meetings in the US.
Groups and late nights
These trips tend to grow between the first call and the booking, so give us a realistic headcount. If the evening runs late, the airport at Providenciales is open until 8 p.m., and a later departure can be arranged in advance. For a larger party, our super midsize jet page covers aircraft with room for more passengers and their luggage.
Vetting Behind Every Trip
Every operator, aircraft, and crew goes through our internal due diligence before we present any options. Our internal standards meet or exceed what the FAA requires:
- FAR Part 135 charter operators for traditional private aircraft, or FAR Part 121 for airliner-size and group trips (or the foreign equivalent on international legs)
- Operator subscription to Wyvern and ARGUS reviewed where the operator participates.
- Pilot experience and operator incident history reviewed before we recommend an aircraft.
- Fewer than 60 brokers worldwide hold Premium Wyvern Broker Member status, and Air Charter Advisors is one of them.
Turks and Caicos-Specific Patterns We Plan Around
Every flight into Turks and Caicos from the United States or Canada is an international trip, so you land first at an airport that can clear you through customs: Providenciales, Grand Turk or South Caicos. Almost every private flight lands at Providenciales, officially Howard Hamilton International Airport, where private aviation terminals clear you in away from the main airline hall, and a late arrival there can be arranged in advance. North Caicos, Salt Cay and Pine Cay only take flights from within the territory, Parrot Cay has no airstrip, and Ambergris Cay’s private airport is open by prior permission. The islands are on the same time as New York all year, and hurricane season runs from June 1st to November 30th, with September usually the most active month.
