Turks and Caicos Celebrity & VIP Private Jet Charter

Turks and Caicos Jet Charter arranges private flights for public figures, their management teams and the people who travel with them, both into the islands and out to work commitments elsewhere.

Arriving on Providenciales without an audience

The main airline terminal at Providenciales gets crowded at peak times. Private aviation terminals clear you through customs away from that hall, so you go through customs and immigration in a quieter building with far fewer people around. Your name and itinerary go to the operator and the crew flying the trip, and to no one else. If the visit needs to stay away from the press, tell us on the first call, because it shapes how we handle the booking from the start.

Paperwork for agencies and management

Talent agencies, record labels and production companies often have their own requirements before anyone boards. If you need proof of the operator’s insurance or a signed release, tell us at the outset and we will request it from the operator before the trip is confirmed. When stage equipment, props or wardrobe need to travel separately, we can arrange a cargo charter for those as well.

Private islands and the last part of the trip

Some of the quietest places to stay in the islands cannot be reached by jet. Parrot Cay has no airstrip, so guests land at Providenciales and continue from there. Ambergris Cay has a private airport that accepts flights by prior permission only. Your advisor will talk you through the best way in for wherever you are staying.

Security on the ground

Security staff, assistants and management add seats quickly, so give us the full traveling party and not just the principal. We can coordinate cars and a security detail to meet the aircraft at both ends of the trip. Our bodyguard and armored transport page covers that side of the arrangements in more detail.

Vetting Behind Every Trip

Every operator, aircraft, and crew goes through our internal due diligence before we present any options. Our internal standards meet or exceed what the FAA requires:

  • FAR Part 135 charter operators for traditional private aircraft, or FAR Part 121 for airliner-size and group trips (or the foreign equivalent on international legs)
  • Operator subscription to Wyvern and ARGUS reviewed where the operator participates.
  • Pilot experience and operator incident history reviewed before we recommend an aircraft.
  • Fewer than 60 brokers worldwide hold Premium Wyvern Broker Member status, and Air Charter Advisors is one of them.

Turks and Caicos-Specific Patterns We Plan Around

Every flight into Turks and Caicos from the United States or Canada is an international trip, so you land first at an airport that can clear you through customs: Providenciales, Grand Turk or South Caicos. Almost every private flight lands at Providenciales, officially Howard Hamilton International Airport, where private aviation terminals clear you in away from the main airline hall, and a late arrival there can be arranged in advance. North Caicos, Salt Cay and Pine Cay only take flights from within the territory, Parrot Cay has no airstrip, and Ambergris Cay’s private airport is open by prior permission. The islands are on the same time as New York all year, and hurricane season runs from June 1st to November 30th, with September usually the most active month.
